Yana, one of the owners, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even offering assistance for a tricky situation with my late-arriving travel companion. The location of the hotel was also perfect, situated close to the train station, providing easy access to nearby cities. I will definitely consider staying here again if I am in the area.

Everything was good, great location close to the leaning tower, the cafe, and airport, really nice experience. I stayed here before, always cool and comfy rooms with a comfortable bed. And the facilities were good. Friendly staff was available all the time. Here I spent 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed being in this place.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the lack of privacy in the shower area, as there are no dividers or doors to separate it from the rest of the room.
